Two graduated disks, a 3/4" one in 14K gold filled and a 1/2" one in sterling silver are hand stamped and stacked. Finished off with a sterling silver heart. Available on a 16" sterling silver ball chain. Please indicate engraving for each disk (specified from top to bottom) in engraving box.
