If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date of receipt for a prompt refund. (Shipping charges cannot be refunded). Please email us at info@anjedesigns.com for a Return Authorization Number (you will not be able to return or exchange without a Return Authorization Number). For your protection please return items insured by USPS or UPS.  **Please note that sales of personalized, engraved and custom made jewelry are final.  There will be no refunds or exchanges of this style necklace.**
